1. Enrollment

To enroll in our Affiliate Program, you must first sign up and create an account on our website. Once you have registered, you will have the option to become an affiliate in your account page. After reading and accepting this policy, submitting the form with your Pay Email and / or Bank Details, you'll be automatically enrolled as our affiliate and you'll have access to the Affiliate Dashboard.

2. Affiliate Links

Once you are accepted into our Affiliate Program, you will be able to generate unique affiliate links from your account dashboard. You can use these links to promote our products on your website, social media, email, or other channels. You are responsible for ensuring that your links are properly formatted and tracked. We will not be liable for any lost commissions due to incorrect or broken links.

3. Commissions

You will earn a commission for each qualified purchase made by a customer who clicks on your affiliate link and completes a transaction on our website. A qualified purchase is one that meets the following criteria:

•  The purchase is made within 30 days of the customer's first click on your affiliate link.

•  The purchase is not cancelled, refunded, or chargebacked.

•  The purchase is not made by you or anyone related to you.

The commission rate is 5% of the net sales amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts. You can request payout of the commission to be paid to you via PayPal or via bank transfer, or you can convert the commission to vouchers, which can be used in our website for any purchase. You are responsible for any fees or taxes associated with your commissions.

4. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

•  Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

•  Disclose your affiliate relationship with us on your website or any other channel where you promote our products, using clear and conspicuous language.

•  Use only the promotional materials and content that we provide or approve, and do not alter or modify them in any way.

•  Not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices, such as spamming, cookie stuffing, or using false or misleading claims or testimonials.

•  Not bid on or use our trademarks, brand names, or domain names as keywords in any online advertising platform, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads.

•  Not create or use any website or social media account that impersonates or misrepresents us or our products.

•  Not use any content or images that are obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal.

5. Termination

We may terminate your participation in our Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account dashboard and any unpaid commissions. You must also remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your website and other channels. We may also withhold or cancel any commissions that are pending or that we suspect are fraudulent or in violation of this policy.

6. Modification

We may modify this policy at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting the updated policy on our website. You are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically and complying with the changes. Your continued participation in our Affiliate Program after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding our products or services, or your potential earnings as an affiliate. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your participation in our Affiliate Program, or any breach of this policy by you or any third party.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the Portuguese laws. Any dispute arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Portugal.
